Shipping policy

Order Processing Time:

We process orders *within 1-2 Business days* Monday to Friday.

Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following business day. 

All orders ship from COLLIERVILLE, TN USA.

 

Shipping Costs/Delivery Times:

Honey and June offers free standard shipping on all orders over $150. 

Shipping is calculated PRE-TAX and AFTER sale items have been reduced and/or discount coupon codes have been applied!

 

Delivery times are estimated AFTER shipping and based on business days (Monday-Friday) and do not include holidays. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. 

• *Standard Shipping:
• All 50 states within the US including PO Boxes. 
• Available to APOs/FPOs and US territories.
• Signature required on orders $350 or more.

• **Expedited and Overnight Shipping:
• Orders must be placed by 12PM CST to be shipped the same business day.
• If order is placed after 12 PM CST, it will not ship until the next business day.
• Estimated delivery times are based on business days (Monday-Friday) and do not include holidays. 
• Signature required on orders $350 or more.
• Available to all 50 US States.
• Not available to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and US territories.

Shop Honey and June is NOT responsible for:

• Delays with USPS, UPS, or FedEx
• International Duties or Customs Charges
• If a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrectly entered address or undeliverable address.
• Lost, damaged, or packages marked as delivered. 

 

Returns/Exchanges:

The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs for returns/exchanges.

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please include your order # in the packaging. If you want to exchange for a size or style, please indicate that in the packaging. If we have the item, we will ship it out to you. If not, we will send you the gift card.
